Seminars and conferences at Poitiers

We work with you to organise a seminar specifically tailored to meet your goals and requirements!

Since every company or organisation has different requirements and objectives, we assist you in the planning stages and provide solutions tailored to your precise needs, leaving no stone unturned to ensure the success of each of your events.

In all cases, we send an initial response to your request, outlining the range of options we offer in less than 48 hours.

For seminars, we provide a selection of 9 meeting rooms, ranging in size from 50 to 260 sq.m, thus a total of 600 sq.m. All of these rooms are comfortable and equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure the success of your meetings. All have exterior windows with individually controlled air-conditioning and free wireless Internet access.

Palais des Congrès

For larger seminars, the Palais des Congrès (convention centre) at Futuroscope offers 8,000 sq.m divided as follows :

3 lecture halls: 1,250, 300 and 150 seats
A 600 sq.m lobby, which may serve as an area for greeting attendees and providing information and assistance
A 1,600 sq.m exhibition hall
17 break-out rooms
A restaurant with modular dining areas offering panoramic views, which can seat up to 1,200 persons.
