Do you need my credit card number?
In order to confirm your booking and as security, your credit card number and expiration date are required.
Will I receive written confirmation from you?
Yes, we reply to all requests received through the website or by email. If you book over the phone, we send a written response on request.
Will I receive a reservation number?
If you book online, you will find it in the confirmation email. For all other bookings, the confirmation we send you includes all of your data. Print it and bring it with you when you travel.
How do I modify a reservation that has been confirmed?
If you booked online on our official site, you can make changes online, directly on this page : be sure to have your reservation number.
If you booked by email, phone or fax, simply send us the changes you would like to make. If they are feasible, we will confirm with you.
Also refer to our terms of cancellation for any changes made within 24 hours of your arrival.
Will my credit card be charged before I get to the hotel?
No, your credit card is used as security and confirms your booking. It may be debited if you fail to show up or if you leave the hotel without paying your bill, as stipulated in the general terms of sale and cancellation. Or if you booked a non-refundable special offer with immediate debiting.
What payment methods are accepted?
The following payment methods are accepted: cash (Euro), credit cards, holiday vouchers, gift vouchers (Cadhoc, TirGroupé, Chèque Havas, Cado Chèque). Cheques are not accepted for the payment of a bill (Article L112-8 of the Monetary and Tax Code and Article 40 of Decree No. 92456 of 22/05/1992). You will always receive change in Euro. You can of course pay your bill with a card other than the one you used to make your reservation.
What cards are accepted?
We accept: American Express - Diners Club - VISA - Eurocard/Mastercard.
I would like for my company's name to appear on the bill.
That is fine, provided that you place the request at check-in or when booking.
I will need two separate invoices (for accommodation and for my phone bill)
That is possible of course, as long as you ask us right before we print out your invoice, when you drop off your key to check out.
Terms of cancellation
What are the terms of cancellation?
If you booked online on our official site, you can cancel your reservation online, directly on this page, where you will need to enter your reservation number.
If you booked by email, phone or fax, simply contact us to cancel your booking.
You can cancel your booking without paying any fees until 6 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival (local time). To do so, use the site's cancellation section. After this time, or if you fail to show up, the hotel will charge the first night excluding breakfast.
Are the prices stated per room or per person?
All prices are PER ROOM and PER NIGHT - unless stated otherwise.
Am I sure to benefit from the weekend rate?
These rates are subject to availability. If the hotel is already practically full, we reserve the right to not offer the lowest rates. We therefore recommend booking as early as possible. We always automatically offer the best available rate at the time of your request.
Are service and taxes included?
No. Our prices do not include tourist taxes. (Unless stated otherwise).
I plan to frequently travel to Chasseneuil-du-Poitou. Can I benefit from a discount?
In that case, leave your business card at the hotel's front desk so that our sales department may make you an offer for your future stays with us.
Do you keep my credit card number once I have left?
No. That is why this information will be requested again if you book with us in the future.
Are my personal data transferred to a third person or organisation?
No. Only the booking service or accounting may get in touch with you if necessary. We agree not to disclose any of your personal data.
What is the check-out time?
12:00 pm. We can keep your luggage in the luggage room behind the front desk if you are leaving the region later in the day.
Do you accept families?
Yes, of course. We have several rooms that can sleep 3 or 4 people. We even have 2 5-person rooms and 1 7-person room. We can provide you with a cot (please request when booking if possible; there is a high chair in the breakfast room).
Do children stay for free?
Children aged 0 to 5 years stay in their parents' room for free and use the beds provided or the child's bed. Breakfasts are payable for children aged 5 to 16 and are free for children under the age of 5.
Can a cot or folding bed be added?
Yes, this can be requested of course, preferably when booking.
Do all the rooms have a bathroom?
Yes, all the rooms have their own bathroom, with a bathtub and hair dryer.
Does the hotel provide towels?
Yes, towels are provided.
Do all the rooms have air-conditioning and central heating?
Yes, all the rooms have heating and individual air-conditioning.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, the entire hotel is non-smoking. This includes the breakfast room, the 2 restaurants, the lounge-bar, the game room, the cardio-training room, the conference rooms, the toilets, the front desk and the guest rooms.
Can you welcome people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have 13 rooms specially fit out for people with reduced mobility. We have the Tourisme et Handicap label for the 4 disabilities.
What does breakfast include?
It is a buffet breakfast, with over 22 products: hot beverages, pastries, bread, fruit, dairy products, cereals and delicatessen meats. It is served from 7 to 10 am.
Do you have a restaurant?
We have 2 restaurants onsite in addition to a lounge-bar. Reservations are required for both of our restaurants. Contact the front desk. Opening hours depend on the hotel's occupancy rate.
When is the hotel open?
Hôtel Altéora is open every day, all year long.
What is your accommodation capacity?
We are a 295-room hotel.
What category of hotel is it?
We are an official 3-star hotel based on the new classification.
What time can I arrive?
The front desk is open 24/7.
Rooms are available from 3:30 pm.
If you arrive beforehand, feel free to stop by to leave your luggage at the front desk and use the car park
Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes, we belong to the Inter Hôtel chain. You can therefore benefit from advantages and the loyalty card, which is valid in over 500 hotels in France!
Do you have a luggage room?
Customers at Hôtel Altéora Futuroscope site benefit from a free luggage room. Luggage left remains the responsibility of the luggage room's users. The hotel cannot be held liable for any stolen, lost or damaged luggage left by customers in the communal areas of the hotel. Pets, flammable products and dangerous objects will not be accepted in the luggage room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse an object in the luggage room if it considers it is protecting the site's security. The luggage of people not staying at Hôtel Altéora will not be allowed in the luggage room.
Do you have a car park?
Yes, there is a car park at the hotel. It is free and unsupervised. We do not reserve parking spaces in advance. The hotel cannot be held liable if a vehicle or its contents are stolen or damaged.
Is your hotel noisy?
The hotel itself is not noisy. All the windows are double glazed.
Are pets allowed?
Our hotel welcomes pets. They are allowed free of charge.
Please agree to the following rules:
Please tell our team at the front desk that you are travelling with a pet.
Only one pet is allowed per room.
Do not leave your pet alone in your room during the day. The Futuroscope Theme Park has a kennel to that effect (€5 per day and per box).
For the well-being of all, your pet cannot enter the restaurants, lounge-bar or swimming pool.
The security of the staff should never be compromised by the presence of your pet.
As the owner, you are fully responsible for your pet.
